I am making your pattern. When I tried to turn the pouch after sewing the zipper the vinyl cracked and split. How do I turn it without damaging the vinyl?
Hi There. I’m so sorry that your vinyl cracked! I haven’t heard of that happening before. I recommend on the pattern to sew with 16 gauge vinyl. Its a pretty sturdy thickness which has held up great for me. I have heard of warming up the vinyl with a hair dryer to help soften the vinyl for turning inside out. Maybe those tips will help you out.
