It's such a pleasure to have some good news and positivity to share amidst all of the twists and turns 2020 has thrown our way. My good friend Annie Unrein and her crew are raising money and awareness for Breast Cancer research. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to participate! I feel strongly that it's important to be informed about Breast Cancer. As someone who has family members that have been affected, I care deeply about spreading awareness. This bag pattern has been in the making for over a year. I made my first sample out of an old Amy Butler print that is an all-time favorite of mine. I thought to myself, "If this doesn’t work out, and I only manage to make it once, I want to use fabric I will love for a long time." To my surprise and joy, it worked out really well and just took me a little while to get the pattern finalized. I’ve now made 4 of these bags and have 3 others in the works. It's addicting!
